Founder, Matthew U. Watkins, has over 40 years of experience in municipal and state administration. Matt has been a leading advocate for efficient, responsible local government that spans the areas of labor relations, financial planning and delivering outstanding services to the public. Mr. Watkins brings a unique experience and perspective having served as Administrator to local governments in both suburban and urban communities, President of NJ Municipal Management Association, NJ PERC Commissioner and NJ Director of Local Government Services. Additionally, Mr. Watkins has extensive experience with complicated redevelopment issues.
