Municipal Management Workshop Series
NJCS has partnered with the New Jersey League of Municipalities to create a professional development program for Municipal professionals. This Management Workshop will teach municipal government professionals and elected officials about practical ways to manage municipalities within these 5 series:
General Management
Labor Management
Human Relations
Council Relations
Financial Management
Within these 5 series of workshops, there will be 5 different workshops for a total of 25 workshops. Registration is available by the day, by the series, or for all workshops, so if your team has expertise in all but—say, Labor Management, or all but one aspect of Labor Management—you can attend a la carte.
Workshops will be held in three-hour sessions at colleges and venues across New Jersey.
Who Should be Attending
Those in management positions throughout the municipality, as well as those looking to expand their knowledge about key administrative functions within a municipality.
