Interview Process

NJ Community Solutions, working with our experienced staff, will lead interviews with your committee members to filter through the applicants to ensure a thorough discussion on the qualifications of the applicant. With a combination of over 100 years of experience, we are uniquely situated to assist in discerning those applicants that interest your community.

Post-interview process

Once a candidate is chosen, working with your elected officials, we will negotiate a suitable contract recognizing the various aspects of the position.  This can often times be an uncomfortable process that we can assist.  Having our staff assist with this aspect of the process can bring about a quick and successful conclusion.
